1. Choose from one of our templates. Select your size and collar type from the available options. Add to cart. Add team name and/or your name to the note section of the cart. Complete purchase.

2. You will receive a mock-up sample via email according to the information you entered during the purchase process. Customization includes logos, team names, individual names, etc. Each shirt is made to order. We will process once we receive a written approval.

3. Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion. Rush orders are available at an additional cost. Shipping is free for all bowling jerseys.
